You don’t have to figure out the whole path before you start. Sometimes the first move is just one focused hour with someone who’s built things, advised leaders, and can help you get clear on what’s actually worth doing next — while you still have room to choose.
What this is:
A focused 60-minute video call, one-to-one with me. You bring one thing — an idea you’re weighing, a direction you’re unsure about, a “what do I do next?” that’s been swirling in your head. We work it through properly. You leave with a clear read on whether it’s worth pursuing, and a concrete first move.
What it isn’t:
This isn’t a sales call or a generic coaching session. This is direct, clear thinking on the specific thing you’re trying to work out — while you’ve still got the breathing room to act on it, intentionally and deliberately.

- A clear, direct read — including “don’t do this” if that’s the truth for you.

Who am I?
I’m Lea Jovy. Over two decades building and advising — global consulting at Accenture, co-founder of a venture-backed EdTech that reached an eight-figure valuation, founder of Mission Equality CIC, and an interim executive brought into organisations that need to change quickly and credibly.
I’ve started from scratch more than once, and I’ve spent years helping people work out what’s worth building and how to actually move on it.
